Used this facility for 16 months and found the staff very helpful. I was able to visit the storage facility as and when I needed to without any issues. Highly recommend 👍
Having used Brynmawr storage for 7 months I can highly recommend them. From my first telephone call to enquire until we handed the keys back everything was First Class. We dealt with Paul who was nothing but helpful from the first phone call. He was always polite, friendly and on the end of the phone if we needed any help.
The storage itself was better than we could of imagined, absolutely bone dry, our belongings were the same as the day they went in. The whole set up there is so secure, and you can have access whenever you want, obviously there is procedures in place which are outstanding. I never doubted all our belongings were completely safe. This is without doubt the best storage in the area, and lastly excellent value too. Thank you Paul for all your help.

Paul was an excellent friendly host guiding me around the facilities. The site is clean, tidy, safe and secure. The lock up room I had was dry and clean and Paul managed my in and out procedure with aplomb. Thanks for the service.

Thanks very much for a great service. The manager here was always very helpful and helped us out when our lock broke, nice to have a friendly welcome and to have someone there on hand if needed. Great value for money and would definately use again if we ever need storage.

No rat issues, I was concerned about that because I'd had issues previously with a place in Cwmbran who actually threw me out because I wasn't happy with their rat problem. Brynmawr Storage is tidy and helpful. A little difficult getting the sofa up the stairs and stacking the storage high rather than deep was a little challenging, but I'd choose this place over any of the others. The manager was sociable, made me cups of tea when he saw I needed one, and ran the place solidly. No problems with access. I stored a house-load for 14 months. I recommend the place.

A very clean well organised site with tremendous storage containers. Paul couldn't have been more helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this place. If I need storage again I will be back.
Excellent service and facility, nothing is too much trouble for Paul - he even organised the removal people to take our household goods up to West Wales! I would recommend the facilty to anyone who is looking for a safe, secure site.

Definitely a 5 star service from Brymawr Storage and I would certainly use them again in the future. Paul, the manager, was extremely helpful throughout and made the whole storage process effective and efficient for us. This is an unrelated review, but today my motorbike broke down on my commute to work. I was on the side of the road frantically trying to get the bike started again and figuring out what to do. Then what turned out to be the owner of Bryn Store stopped to help me. He ended up giving me and the bike a lift home in his van. I can't thank him enough! I would probably still be walking home right now otherwise. I don't use the term legend at all, but he is definitely one! I would use and recommend his business any day. Thanks again.

We had to store all our furniture at sort notice after landlord gave notice on the house we were in. I contacted bryn store and was invited down to be shown the unbelievable range of units they have. Paul was absolutely fantastic taking the time too show us all the options available and suggesting the best unit to fit our needs. Great value for money and wont hesitate to contact Paul again if i need storage.

A very positive experience of using the facilitate. Even when there were access issues the manager was extremely helpful to ensure that l could get in the storage.

Great service from Jon and the team. Straight to the point, no nonsense point of contact. Site is fully CCTV monitored and protected by PIN code security gates. Very happy to keep my stuff here.

I booked storage, but then found that I didn't need it, phoned the lads up at Storspace and they were very understanding. Full refund given a few days later. No hassle, no argument. Genuinely nice people to deal with.
