How do I get through the electric gates?
Once you have booked you will be emailed a pin code for the electric gates. You will need to enter your pin code when you enter and when you exit.
How do I get into my unit if the main reception is open?
Go to the main reception and the manager will give you your keys.
How do I get into my unit if the main reception is closed?
You will need to arrange a time and date with our manager to collect your keys. Once you have these you can come and go as you please.

Is there anyone on site to help me unload or load my stuff?
While employees are on site during office opening hours, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself as our employees are not insured to handle your goods.
How often can I access my goods?
Our reception is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm for you to be able to complete your paperwork, however once this is completed you will have 24-hour access, 365 days a year.
How close can I park to my unit?
You can drive right up to the door if you have rented an outdoor unit. If you have an indoor unit then you can park in the loading bays and move your belongings into the building using our range of trolleys.
Are there any steps to enter the facility?
Only if you have booked an indoor unit on the first floor. But don’t worry there are only 10 steps up to the first floor and there are trolleys you can use on both levels.
Can I add an additional named contact for access?
Yes you can add as many or as few people as you choose to have access to your unit. You can add or remove contacts at any time by letting us know in writing.
What happens if I lose my keys or forget my pin code?
Speak to the manager onsite or give us a call on 01495 311107 and we will be able to set you a new pin code and arrange a new padlock for you. Photo id would be required.
