Storspace Self Storage like to keep things easy so we have a great payment system that makes it really easy for you to pay for your storage.
Storspace Self Storage Payment Methods
Recurring Card Payment
This is the preferred method of payment as it allows the storage charge to be collected automatically once every month. We take your debit or credit card details from you when your make your booking and then we take care of the rest. Your card will be debited once a month and your invoice will be stored in your online account for you to download when you need it.
Other Payment Methods
If a recurring card payment is not possible then we can arrange other payment methods for your convenience. These include direct debit, in-store payments and debit/credit card payments.
We understand that sometimes its easier to pay for your storage on a debit or credit card especially if you are clearing off any arrears. If you would like to pay an outstanding invoice via debit or credit card then please call the main office on 01922 254109

To view and download your invoices:
– Visit www.storspace.com
– Go to ‘Locations’ and select the location you use
– Go to ‘Sign In’. (If you have not set up your online account yet please do so. If the link has expired please call 01922 254109 and ask for a new invitation to be emailed to you)
– Go to ‘My Account’
– Scroll down to Payment Details and press the yellow button “View Payment Details’
– Select the invoice you wish to view
– Now download the invoice or a receipt
